Export your data

Export is on every plan and it does not go through support. The archive is produced in the application, which is where the account and its files are.

What the file contains

Plain text and JSON, in a single archive. Nothing in it needs Tingvar to open, which is the test of an export that means anything.
Item	Format
Session transcripts	Markdown, one file per session, with the speaker and the timecode on every turn.
Session summaries	Markdown, beside the transcript they came from.
The briefs you wrote	Markdown, with the date you wrote each one.
Session audio, where any is retained	The original audio files, at the quality they were recorded.
Persona configuration you changed	JSON, so it can be read back rather than only looked at.
Account and billing history	JSON, with the dates and amounts as they were charged.

Export is included on every plan. A product that charges for the way out is a product that expects people to want one.
