Support

A person replies within 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Below are the situations we have written up so far. Where an article exists it is the fuller answer, and where the frequently asked questions cover the same ground they give the short one and link here.

Where to look

    • No articles yet

    Getting started

I have an account and I do not know what to do first.

    • 3 articles

    In the room

Something is wrong while a session is running, or just as it starts.

    • Nobody can hear me, or I cannot hear the advisers
    • The room dropped and I was disconnected
    • The advisers talk over each other, or will not let me in
    • 1 article

    After a session

Where the transcript is, and what to do with it once you have it.

    • My transcript is missing or incomplete
    • 1 article

    Billing and plans

Charges, plans, cancelling, and getting money back.

    • Cancel your plan, and what happens to sessions you have paid for
    • 1 article

    Your data

Export, deletion, and who is able to read what you said.

    • Delete your account and everything in it

What is not written yet

Two categories answer their own question and carry none of the deeper articles yet. The pages are above and they are worth reading. What is missing is the layer under them.

  • Getting started. I have an account and I do not know what to do first.
  • Devices and browsers. Whether it works on the machine and the browser you have.

Both layers are being written. Until then, the contact page reaches a person and the answer arrives in a reply rather than in a search result.

An article is written whenever a support message arrives that had no article to point at. That is the cadence, and it is the reason this list will get longer rather than the reason it is short.

Before a first session

The support pages are written for somebody who already has an account. A question asked before buying is answered on the frequently asked questions page, in full, in the raw HTML, and not behind a control that needs scripting to open.

Deleting an account

Deletion does not go through support. It is a page rather than a request, so there is nobody to ask and nothing to wait for, and it opens while you are signed out as well as signed in. Support is the wrong route for it and would only be slower.
